Lovely High Tea

I was treated to a good high tea experience at Lilianfels, complete with a gorgeous spread of vegetarian delights served on a three-tier plate, overlooking the beautiful courtyard gardens. The inclusion of Australian sparkling wine made the occasion even more special. The variety of treats-from scones to beetroot tarts-was simply lovely. A truly nice experience that I can highly recommend.

Very nice Spa Experience

My visit to the spa at Lilianfels was excellent. I booked a treatment that was absolutely rejuvenating. The ambiance was peaceful, and I felt completely pampered during my time there. Stunning Room Views

Our spacious room was simply stunning, with expansive views of the valley and mountains. The vista was magical, especially when the mist cleared. It was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a large TV. The only minor hiccup was the shower size, but the comfort of the room more than made up for it. I loved every moment spent there, soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

I had high hopes for my stay but was ultimately disappointed. The views from the room were excellent, and the hotel had a certain charm, but outdated furnishings and poor service really took away from the experience. Additionally, the dining options left much to be desired, and the handling of my belongings was far below the standard expected. Overall, it didn't feel like a luxurious stay, and I wouldn't recommend it for the price paid.

I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. The location is wonderful, providing a tranquil atmosphere perfect for exploring the Blue Mountains. The rooms, although spacious and clean, left something to be desired in terms of maintenance. The facilities are excellent, but the service was hit or miss, which significantly affected my stay. Overall, while I enjoyed some aspects, I can't ignore the shortcomings, especially considering the price I paid.

Lilianfels provided a great escape despite the weather being quite gloomy. The top-floor room was spacious and well-appointed, making my stay comfortable. While the dining options weren't quite to my taste, the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. My stay was quite disappointing given the hotel's reputation. The location is fantastic, but the service was lacking, and the room left much to be desired.
